YOGURT BASED SPREADSALONG WITH MEALS
|• ½ cup chopped assorted olives||• 2 cloves chopped garlic cloves|
|• 1 tsp olive oil||• 2 cups Epigamia Natural Greek Yogurt|
|• 1 tsp parsley chopped||• 1 tsp fresh grated lemon zest|
|• Salt & pepper to taste|
1. In a small sauté pan, lightly brown chopped garlic in olive oil over a medium high heat.
2. Gently fold in olives, garlic, parsley, lemon zest, salt and pepper into yogurt.
3. Chill it for some time.
4. Can be easily used as a spread over breads, buns to snack up anytime during the day.
