Mini Yogurt Pancake Skewers

Ingredients

1 Cup All-Purpose Flour

1 Cup of Epigamia Natural Greek Yogurt (for batter)

2 Cups of Epigamia Mulberry Greek Yogurt (for topping)

⅓ cup Milk

2 Tbsp Water

½ tsp Baking Powder

½ tsp Baking Soda

¼ tsp Salt

1 tbsp Sugar

1 tbsp butter, melted and cooled

1 Tsp Vanilla Essence

1 cup strawberries for garnish

Directions

1Preheat a small non-stick frying pan to medium heat.

2In a bowl, mix the all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda.

3In another bowl, whisk the liquid ingredients and gently add the flour mix to it (2-3tsp at a time).

4Whisk everything together to form a lump-free batter.

5Add oil/spray to the pan, and add one small dollop of the pancake batter at the center of the pan.

6Flip when you see bubbles on the top and cook till the bottom is golden brown. Similarly, finish making all the pancakes.

7Transfer the mini pancakes on a serving plate, top it with Epigamia Mulberry Greek Yogurt, then place another mini pancake on top of it. Repeat the process to make a stack of two/three.

8Place a strawberry (or any fruit) on top of the stack and bind it with a skewer, Repeat the process depending on the serving & Enjoy!
