Ingredients
1 cup Epigamia Unsweetened Coconut Milk Yogurt
¼th tsp cardamom
¼th tsp cinnamon
1 tsp honey (if desired)
Ice
Pistachios (for garnish)
Milk (optional)
Directions
1Pour 1 cup of Epigamia Unsweetened Coconut Milk Yogurt (and milk, if using) into a blender. Toss in cardamom, cinnamon and honey.
2Blend the mixture until itu2019s smooth, then blend in a few handfuls of ice. When the lassi seems thick like a smoothie or milkshake, itu2019s good to go.
3Garnish with pistachios and serve in a kulhad for maximum authenticity.
