Mixed Berry Smoothie Recipe

1 cup fresh raspberries
4 cups smashed fresh raspberries for Raspberry Preserve
2 cups Epigamia No Added Sugar Mixed Berry Greek yogurt
1 cup ice
2 cups honey
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
For topping - Chia seeds, mint leaves, almonds, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
1To make Raspberry Preserve, place the mashed raspberries in a large stainless steel or enamel saucepan. Bring to a full boil over high heat, stirring continuously. Boil hard for 1 minute, continuing to stir.
2Add honey, return to a boil, and boil until mixture reaches 220 u030aF on an instant thermometer.
3Add lemon juice and stir very well. Ladle into clean jar and refrigerate.
4For the smoothie, combine 1 cup raspberries, banana, Epigamia No Added Sugar Mixed Berry Greek yogurt, and ice in the blender. Process until smooth and creamy.
5Put some Raspberry Preserve in a glass, and pour the smoothie over it. Top it with berries, almonds, mint leaves and chia seeds and serve!
