Blueberry Sheera with Blueberry Ghee Spread

1 cup of semolina (Suji Rava)

1 cup of jaggery

½ Tsp of cardamom powder

5 saffron strands

1 cup of milk

1 cup of water

½ cup of Epigamia Blueberry Ghee Spread

7 cashew nuts

Blueberries for garnish (optional)


1Heat a non-stick pan. Add semolina and Epigamia Blueberry Ghee Spread. Fry it on medium flame for 7-10 mins.

2Add hot milk and hot water (add it slowly).

3Put jaggery, fried cashews, and saffron strands into the pan. Mix well and cook for 5 mins.

4Now add cardamom powder. Mix well. Cook for another 10 mins

5Garnish with blueberries and serve hot.
