Oatmeal Cups Recipe

1 cup Epigamia Blueberry Greek Yogurt

1 cup Epigamia Mango Greek Yogurt

1 cup Epigamia Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt

1 ¼ cups quick cooking oats

¼ cup unsweetened applesauce

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon cinnamon

¼ teaspoon salt

Cooking spray

Chopped fruits (Dragon fruit, Kiwi, Strawberry, Banana, etc.)

Mint leaves


1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Add the oats, applesauce, honey, cinnamon and salt to a bowl and mix until combined.

3Spray muffin tins with cooking spray.

4Evenly disperse the mixture in 6 muffin tins.

5Use your fingers or a spoon to press the mixture into the sides and base of the muffin tin.

6Bake for 12-13 minutes.

7Let it cool in the muffin tin for about 10 minutes before using a butter knife to remove the oatmeal cups.

8Let the cups cool completely.

9Fill the cups with different Epigamia Flavoured Greek Yogurt, top it with fruits and mint leaves, and serve!
